Partner with us to protect Medford

The Protect Medford camera registry is a voluntary community partnership that helps investigators solve crimes faster and respond more effectively during emergencies.

By sharing the locations of your security cameras, you help strengthen safety across our neighborhoods, business districts, and public spaces. Participation is always voluntary, and every registration directly supports faster, more effective investigations.

Register Your Cameras

Let’s work together to fight crime! Register your security cameras with Protect Medford to help identify nearby cameras in the event of an incident. An investigator from the Medford Police Department will contact you via email if they need your assistance with a crime that occurred near your location.

Camera registration takes less than one minute through our secure online portal. Registering your cameras does not allow the Medford Police Department access to your live video stream - it simply lets investigators know a camera is present at your location so they can request video evidence if an incident occurs.

Registration works with all camera types, including cloud‑based systems like Ring, Arlo, and Nest.
